Welcome to the Dunk!

As the starter standing in front of Hole 1 at the Dunking Nuggets links, I felt it proper to introduce myself, to welcome you all aboard, and to tell you about what lies ahead.

My name is Bryan Douglass and I’ve been granted the pleasure of serving you as the Denver Nuggets Correspondent for the Fanball Blog Network. I have been a member of the Fanball community for a 12 months, contributing to the efforts focused on the NFL (covering the game’s peripheral contributors, namely offensive lines and fullbacks), NBA (primarily as a member of the publication team), and PGA (Fanball’s lone golf guru and news man). Prior to this, I spent 10 years working in the sports industry as a writer, an editor, a correspondent, and an analyst for various employers engaged in a variety of coverage focuses. I have covered collegiate and professional basketball in some fashion for the past decade, and now I am afforded an opportunity to focus on the team that shares a group of low-lying foothill mountains with my backyard.

The goal for the blog is quiet simple. Any and everything related to the daily existence of the Denver Nuggets will be reported, analyzed, debated, and discussed right here. If news breaks, you’ll find the story here. If a story rises from the transactions of the day, you’ll find the story here. If there is a topic that has the fans of the Nugs humming, you’ll find the story here. If it is created, influenced, touched, motivated, disturbed, associated, or in any way correlated with the Denver Nuggets, we will be giving you the story and all of the rumors, opinions, and speculations that come with it.
